Our Client in Aircraft Industry are looking for a Production Staff to join our team in Missisauga! This opportunity is only available to candidates who are eligible to work in Canada, no students please. Pay: $18-26/hour, depending on experience Shifts: Day shift (7am-4.30pm) – 10 positions open Evening shift (4 pm-12.30pm) – 10 positions open 7 – 4.30 pm on weekends RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: l Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures. l Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process. l Take precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of components. l Select or modify components according to measurements and specifications. l Align material and put together parts to build more complex units. l Assemble and fit pre-fabricated parts to form subassemblies. l Assemble and install pre-fabricated parts and subassemblies. l Inspect assemblies for alignment, symmetry, dimensions, fit. REQUIREMENTS: l 2-3 years previous assembly experience. l Proficient in the use of typical hand tools, such as wrenches, hand grinders, impact guns etc. l Have experience in assemling by reading blueprints. l High school diploma or higher degree from a technical school will be a plus.
